I recently had my Ford car not start due to a part going out. Turns out there was a recall on it. Ellen Page kept in contact with me consistently so I knew what was going on. ALSO, there were 2 other recalls on my car that she added to my ticket and took care of while they were working on the first repair. I didn't even know there were 2 more!! So I really, really appreciate that she was looking out for me and my safety by doing all recalls at once. It ended up not costing me a penny due to everything being under the recalls.
